On Wednesday we woke up to see loads of sheep on the opposite bank.
Green beetles were flying everywhere and 4 landed on me at one time. I loved them but most of the others hated them.
We chose our Kayaks and started off down the river. The current was very strong and it was hard work. Increasingly we went down awesome rapids which were just live excellent water rides. We had lunch next to a waterfall.
Next we came to a 13m waterfall which we had to walk around. The kayaks had to be lowered down!
More and more exiting rapids continued and by this point we were soaked! Then we got to go down a waterfall. However, only one person was allowed down. Am was lovely enough to let me go down. It was absolutely amazing, yet very scary as we went down the 3m drop. The other half of the group jumped off a 3m cliff and we picked them out of the freezing water at the end.
The river camp had no toilets. I helped cook tomato and basil pasta. this would be the last meal any of us would cook. Rach and others wrote and drew down the whole of Anna's legs. The doodles included Mr Darcy's proposal speech and a lot of sheep.
We had another campfire and Guy played another of his frustrating games. Kerthana made the fire using only one match!.
